Contract Investigator

Family owned Lauth Investigations International, Inc., based in Indianapolis, with over 30 years of experience in corporate culture audits, legal services, workplace investigations, and missing persons cases, is seeking to contract a Private Investigator. The role is on an as-needed basis, with availability during evenings and weekends preferred, though daytime availability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct face-to-face interviews with subjects, neighbors, coworkers, friends, and associates.
• Perform surveillance activities and record searches at law enforcement agencies, courthouses, and financial and educational institutions related to investigations.
• Compile comprehensive records from investigations, including witness statements, surveillance logistics, and electronic data, and submit detailed reports.
• Pay strict attention to detail, multi-task effectively, and handle sensitive and confidential information.
