We’re currently seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will work remotely, to take the lead on our multi-channel marketing strategy.

This role is a great fit for someone who understands the unique dynamics of marketing for adult entertainment websites, is comfortable navigating a highly regulated Adult website space, and excels at creating data-driven, performance-focused campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, boosting acquisition and retention, strengthening our brand presence, and ensuring all efforts align with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies including SEO, paid advertising, social media, affiliate, content, and email campaigns.

Build and manage a strategic social media presence across platforms that allow adult content (e.g., Twitter / X, Reddit, specialized communities), with a focus on engagement, brand voice, and lead generation.

Optimize customer acquisition funnels through data-driven testing and performance analysis.

Manage and grow affiliate and partner relationships.

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction with sensitivity and professionalism.

Ensure all marketing efforts comply with legal and platform regulations related to adult content.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and present ROI-focused reports.

Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Direct experience in adult entertainment or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred.

Proven experience in social media marketing, especially within adult-friendly channels.

Expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO / SEM, and affiliate management.

Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

Comfortable working with adult-oriented content and language.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
