LHH seeks a Director of Program to manage and over see the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs across multiple sites.
- Supervise counselors, interns, volunteers, and outreach staff to ensure daily operations align with program goals.
- Oversee referrals and coordinate collateral services, crisis interventions, and group sessions.
- Develop and deliver County-approved curricula for domestic violence, anger management, parenting, and SUD education.
- Expand specialty programs and services, ensuring compliance with all billing and documentation standards.
- Serve as the designated Clinical Director, signing and approving all mandated County forms.
- Manage reporting requirements including LACRY, CALOMS, and other County metrics.
- Coordinate department trainings and ensure annual updates to policies and procedures.
- Report monthly department updates to the Operations Director and support cross-departmental integration.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Medical Director.
Qualifications
Certified Substance Abuse and Addiction Counselor.Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in human services or community-based programs focused on alcohol and drug abuse prevention and recovery.Proven experience coordinating or directing outpatient drug and alcohol programs.Strong knowledge of harm reduction, dual diagnosis treatment, and community health models.Familiarity with the Los Angeles County Plan for Alcohol-Related Services.Deep understanding of the recovery process, including 12-step programs.📍 Location : Onsite | Monday–Friday | Los Angeles, CA 90033
💰 Salary : $110,000–$130,000 annually, depending on relevant experience
