Summary :
The Partner Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing relationships with contracted and third-party sales partners who represent our brand in the field. This role ensures smooth onboarding training and performance management of all external sales teams including event-based and door-to-door partners. The individual will act as the primary liaison between our internal leadership team and partner organizations driving sales effectiveness accountability and alignment with company standards.
This individual should be able to communicate and work effectively with external service representatives and internal team members who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, and communication skills. This individual should be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment while maintaining a productive professional demeanor. This individual must be capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with other Race team members across teams and levels of our organization.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience :
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Business Management Marketing or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
- A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in channel management sales operations or partner relations
- Experience working with third-party or contracted sales organizations preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple partner groups
- Proficiency with CRM and sales performance tools such as SalesRabbit, Salesforce or similar
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet project deadlines or address critical issues
- The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
- Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities

Partner Management and Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for all contracted and third-party sales teamsConduct weekly check-ins and performance meetings with partner leadership and field representativesManage partner scheduling staffing needs and sales territoriesFacilitate open communication to ensure consistent alignment with brand goals and compliance standardsOnboarding and Training
Lead onboarding and orientation for all new partner teams and representativesCoordinate access and setup for necessary tools including SalesRabbit and other sales systemsDeliver regular training refreshers and updates on new offers campaigns and company expectationsEnsure partners adhere to company policies and sales quality guidelinesField Support and Oversight
Conduct regular field visits and shadowing sessions with partner representativesProvide feedback and coaching to improve performance and customer experienceMonitor partner adherence to brand presentation and customer engagement standardsSupport in resolving customer or operational issues escalated from partner teamsPerformance and Reporting
Track and analyze sales results from partner activities and report trends to leadershipDevelop KPIs and performance scorecards to evaluate partner successRecommend process improvements and tools to enhance productivity and transparencyCollaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with overall sales objectivesBenefits
