Cardiology Physician

We are hiring a Board-Certified Cardiologist to provide locum coverage at a Michigan facility. This role includes inpatient rounding and call, supported by a dedicated APP team.

Compensation :

Orientation / Training : normal rate

24-hour on-call : $2500 / W2 or $3000 / 1099 8 hours gratis (Fridays)

Weekend 24-hour call : $2500 / W2 or $3000 / 1099 4 hours gratis

Hourly call back : $220 / W2 or $250 / 1099

Holiday 24-hour : 1.5x rate

Holiday call back : 1.5x rate

Job Details :

Setting : Inpatient hospital and call (no clinic)

Schedule : 24-hour call (6 AM 6 AM)

Support : 3 inpatient APPs assisting the cardiologist

EHR : Cerner

Required Skills / Procedures :

Echocardiography

Treadmill stress tests

Chemical stress tests

Interpretation of diagnostic studies

Requirements :

Board Certified in Cardiology

Active Michigan medical license

Must reside in Michigan or nearby

Clean background for credentialing Required, no exceptions
