We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity from our Nashville office. Responsibilities :

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Lead and mentor tax staff; support their growth and development
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify planning opportunities and provide strategic tax advice
• Stay current with tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and the team
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client service, internal process improvements, and business development
