The ACD (Art) leads social-first creative ideation and execution for global retail chain's fashion content, partnering with the ACD (Copy) to shape culturally resonant ideas. This role guides and mentors the Art Director, collaborates across production and marketing, and ensures all content feels social-first and "Walmart-right." The ACD (Art) balances strategy and execution, maintains high standards of quality, and builds trust with cross-functional partners.
