Superintendent - Salt Lake City

Gpac has partnered with a general contractor that is looking to add a Superintedent to their team.  They are looking for someone with experience in either or both government or medical projects.  The first project will last 2+ years in Salt Lake City.

Superintendent Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
