The Ideal candidate will have 5+ YOE product marketing experience in the decor, high-end furniture, solid surface or kitchen & bath verticals. Well rounded traditional & digital marketing focus who is highly collaborative cross functionally.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of professional experience to oversee the execution of our marketing programs within the natural stone and solid surface industry. This individual will be responsible for managing external agency partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving measurable results across campaigns.
Lead Responsibilities
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Lead day-to-day relationships with creative, SEO, and social media agencies.
- Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with brand standards.
- Campaign Execution
- Oversee the production of email campaigns, print advertising, social media content, and website updates.
- Track campaign metrics and tie performance back to ROI.
- Content & Brand Assets
- Own website content and ensure product information is accurate and compelling.
- Develop product information sheets to support sales initiatives.
- Partner with sales team to source high-quality photography from completed projects.
- Business Development Support
- Assist in planning and executing client-facing events.
- Provide marketing tools and collateral to enable the sales team.
- Team Leadership
- Manage one junior marketing employee focused on production support.
- Hold agencies and internal team members accountable to deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.5–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in building materials, design, or related industries.Proven ability to manage agencies, internal staff, and multiple simultaneous projects.Strong organizational and project management skills; highly detail-oriented.Comfortable with marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
