Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics, inspections and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment for accurate troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with a dedicated service team to efficiently manage repair tasks.
• Uphold shop appearance and safety standards while ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards with the manufacturer and dealership.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications through Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram.
• Extensive range of expertise in automotive mechanical / electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills including the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Highly professional, dependable and punctual.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
