Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostics, inspections and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment for accurate troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with a dedicated service team to efficiently manage repair tasks.
- Uphold shop appearance and safety standards while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards with the manufacturer and dealership.
- Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications through Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram.
- Extensive range of expertise in automotive mechanical / electrical knowledge.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills including the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Highly professional, dependable and punctual.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
