Summary

Seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to oversee and mentor Medical Assistants and Clinical Support Assistants across multiple primary care clinics. This full-time leadership role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, streamlining workflows, and supporting high-quality patient care in a multi-site environment. Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Associate???s degree in healthcare or related field; bachelor's preferred

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or outpatient setting

At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience managing multidisciplinary teams

Proficiency in EMR systems (Athenahealth preferred) and Microsoft Office

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to foster a patient-centered, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor Medical Assistants and Clinical Support Assistants across multiple clinics

Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and staff development meetings

Oversee clinic scheduling, onboarding, and training programs for clinical staff

Manage daily clinical workflows, ensure proper maintenance of exam rooms, supplies, and equipment

Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory standards

Support providers clinically and assist with patient call management

Conduct routine audits of documentation, labs, and patient charts for accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows, staffing, and quality initiatives

Serve as a communication link between clinical teams and management to promote a cohesive work environment
