Collector

Make and place calls to cardholders to communicate account status, determine and document cardholders situation, and negotiate payment to bring the account current.

Qualifications :

High School Graduate or equivalent

6 months collections or call center experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
