Certified Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Certified Payroll Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform and enter Certified Payroll reports to ensure compliance with Prevailing Wage and DBRA clauses

Review certified payrolls for Davis-Bacon and local Prevailing Wage projects

Assist contractors with corrective actions for DBRA non-compliance issues

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED; some college preferred

2+ years of experience with certified payroll processing and reporting

Prefer candidates with 3+ years of payroll experience in large payroll systems

Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Working knowledge of the Davis Bacon Act
