We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives and supplier strategy across key spend categories within the bank. This role will support enterprise goals related to cost efficiency and risk reduction, while ensuring supplier performance aligns with business needs and corporate values. You will partner with cross-functional teams Compliance, IT, Finance, and Business Units to execute sourcing strategies, lead contract negotiations, and optimize the value derived from third-party partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (RFX, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting) for complex, high-impact categories such as technology, financial services, professional services, and operations.
• Analyze market trends and spend data to develop category strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and risk standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define sourcing requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on procurement strategy and supplier-related decisions.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute supplier agreements in partnership with others.
• Ensure contracts include appropriate protections for the bank related to compliance, data security, performance, and SLAs.
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure supplier relationships meet regulatory and internal risk standards.
• Support onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of critical vendors.
• Recommend and implement process improvements in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.
• Track and report on key sourcing metrics (savings, cycle times, risk rating, etc.)
