Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Location : Watertown, WI

What You’ll Do :
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Apply root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) techniques to improve equipment performance.
- Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
- Support continuous improvement through equipment modifications and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and USDA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to enhance reliability and performance.
Shift :
2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM
What We’re Looking For :
High School Diploma or GED required.Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and steam generation systems.Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical understanding; PLC experience a plus.Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced setting.Willingness to work a weekend rotation and occasional overtime.Bring your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to a team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and reliability.
