Junior M&A Lawyer - SF

A leading International Law Firm is looking to hire a junior associate (2024-2023) to join their M&A team in the Bay Area.

The role will be focusing on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures and private equity transactions. The firm are in growth mode and have some super impressive deals closed in the past 12 months, and now are looking to build their team across the USA.

The successful candidate must need experience within an M&A team and have some closed deals on their resume. The firm will consider someone wanting to move to California, however they expect you to sit the CA bar ASAP.
