Overview :

Applicants will be performing a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents, and maintaining records and files. Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available.

Responsibilities Include : Performing a variety of office duties, including document processing, record-keeping, data entry, and report compilation. Using independent judgment to solve non-routine problems. Resolving basic questions and issues, and escalating more complex problems to management. Applying knowledge of company policies and procedures to daily tasks.

Skills and Experience :

Customer service experience and strong communication skills

Computer proficency

Excellent keyboarding skills

Must be able to multitask effectively

Must be able to collaborate with a team
