A company is looking for a FLEX HQ Recruiter responsible for driving the recruitment process and developing innovative talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including talent mapping and compensation guidance
Source candidates through various channels and maintain a robust talent pipeline
Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the interview process and provide candidate assessments
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree
5+ years of experience as a recruiter
Strong negotiation skills and market insight
Experience in an agency / search firm or highly matrixed business environment preferred
Resourceful with strong analytical skills
