Overview

Major Responsibilities

• Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks through the computerized maintenance system.
• Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed.
• Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems.
• Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files for compliance.
• Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to gain knowledge needed to complete assignments.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education : Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of technical training.

Certification / Registration / License : Valid Driver's License.

Work Experience : 2-4 Years of Experience in relatable industrial / trades maintenance or operations.
