Senior Network Engineer (Network Engineer III)
Position Overview :
We are seeking highly experienced Senior Network Engineers to join our global IT infrastructure team. These roles will support complex enterprise environments across 15 casinos and 40 cafes worldwide. Candidates must have deep technical expertise strong fundamentals and the ability to mentor local IT teams while driving large-scale network projects. This is a hands-on role requiring thick skin adaptability and willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities :
Design implement and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across global properties.Perform site surveys frequency mapping and wireless spectrum analysis.Lead network architecture for new builds (e.g. Athens property) and expansions (e.g. Puerto Rico NY).Collaborate with local IT teams as a coach / mentor ensuring best practices and enterprise standards.Execute complex projects addressing tech debt and modernization initiatives.Maintain and enhance security posture through advanced firewall configurations and policies.Support network automation initiatives and drive efficiency improvements.Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and operational standards.Required Qualifications :
Experience : 10 years in large enterprise environments with complex networks (200000 devices).Certifications : Current CCNA and CCNP required.Technical Expertise (must be highly skilled in at least one of the items listed below)Routing & Switching : Cisco LAN enterprise-scale deployments.
Wireless : Aruba (Aruba Central ClearPass LAN-based controllers) spectrum analysis.Firewalls : Palo Alto deep hands-on experience (configuration troubleshooting policy management).Proven ability to design and implement secure scalable network solutions.Strong fundamentals in networking and automation tools.Ability to work extended hours during travel (9 AM 9 PM 7 days / week when onsite).Must be comfortable with international travel for extended periods (2 6 weeks).Preferred Qualifications :
Experience mentoring and guiding distributed IT teams.Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects and global deployments.Additional Details :
