As a summer Intern you will work closely with our engineering team to support a variety of projects related to transmission operations NERC compliance and database projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of power engineering.

This is an in-person position at our Indianapolis Morris St office.

QUALIFICATIONS :

The successful candidate should be a Sophomore Junior or Senior student pursuing a degree in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical preferred.

Primary Duties :

• Learn about NERC standards and ensure compliance.
• Adapt training and operational documents to current versions.
• Improve document organization.
• Digitize equipment rating documentation.
• Validate equipment ratings and limits on schematics and in the energy management system (EMS).

Preferred Skills :

Intern may be expected to complete additional assignments as determined by their supervisor.
