A company is looking for a Pega Lead Business Architect - Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for Pega-based BPM initiatives

Convert business objectives into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process models

Collaborate with Pega architects and developers to ensure solutions align with technical standards and business goals

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Pega BPM projects

Deep understanding of Pega platform components (e.g., case lifecycle, data pages, decision rules)

Proficiency with Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Exceptional ability to craft clear, concise user stories and functional documentation

Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
