Registration Clerk

Staffmark is excited to partner with a medical clinic located in Jonesboro, AR, to find a Registration Clerk who can provide excellent service to their patients. If you're a people-person who values teamwork, integrity, and excellence, we encourage you to apply today!

Job Details :

Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Every other Friday hours may vary depending on workload

One-hour lunch break

Pay : $15 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle medical records and insurance verification, process copays and collections, answer phones and schedule appointments, check patients in and out while providing excellent customer service, and perform additional administrative tasks such as making copies and confirming schedules as needed.

Qualifications :

• At least 1 year of office experience
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Ability to wear scrubs or business casual attire
• Resume required for consideration
