Title : CNC Programmer / Operator (1st Shift)

Location : Gilberts, IL 60136

Hire Type : Direct Hire

Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401k match

Hourly Pay : $30hr - $35hr

Job Duties :

• Program CNC equipment using CAD / CAM software for Mills and Lathes
• Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and machining instructions to ensure precision production.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with Engineers to develop custom solutions and optimize part designs.
• Partner with Quality Inspectors to resolve quality concerns and maintain part accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure top performance.
• Select and install proper tooling based on job requirements.
• Train and mentor new CNC Programmers and Setup Technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
