Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily responsibilities include : washing dishes through automatic dish machine, restocking dishes, trash removal, kitchen and service floor maintenance and other responsibilities as directed
- Maintaining dining room and kitchen sanitation
- Adhere to health, kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least sixteen (16) years of agePrevious Dishwashing or restaurant experience preferredAvailable to work evenings, weekends and holidaysPhysical Demands
Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weightAbility to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelvesMobility required during the entire shiftMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in lengthWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
