    Job Position : Front Desk / Office & Operations Coordinator

    Position Overview :

    We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused team member to join our front desk and operations staff! This role is the first point of contact for families and guests- handling check-ins, class registrations, payments, and general inquiries.

    Responsibilities :

    • Greet & assist families, athletes, and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
    • Manage administrative tasks, registrations, and payment processing.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and prospective members.
    • Support marketing, program promotion, and enrollment growth.
    • Help keep the gym organized and running smoothly day to day.
    • Ideal Candidate :

      Friendly, detail-oriented, confident in multitasking, and passionate about excellent customer service. Experience in youth sports, sales, or office administration is a plus!

      Evening Hours : Monday - Friday / 4 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm
