Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced CFO to join our Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will oversee all financial operations and play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, margin expansion, and long‑term growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial construction, a track record of financial leadership in companies with $150M+ in annual revenue, and the capability to support scaling to $250M+.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape company strategy and execution.
• Lead all financial functions : accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Drive cost discipline and collaborate with operations to enhance project‑level profitability.
• Develop financial strategies to support growth beyond $200M in annual revenue.
• Identify opportunities for margin improvement, process optimization, and high‑return investments.
• Provide financial oversight for multi‑state construction projects, including tax and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure full tax compliance and proactively pursue tax optimization opportunities.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, insurers, bonding agents, and tax advisors.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance and accounting team.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to support executive decision‑making.
• Support M&A evaluation and integration as needed.
