As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help maintain a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the commercial real estate location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents as outlined in post orders.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas within the commercial real estate property.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff as needed during patrol duties.

Document observations and / or incidents in daily activity reports according to Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
