Responsibilities – BMW Technician

Complete repairs efficiently, meeting dealership, state, and factory standards

Diagnose and address customer concerns with quality and accuracy

Perform multi-point inspections on every vehicle

Communicate additional findings promptly to the Service Advisor

Use our Dealer Management System for inspections, repair quotes, and timekeeping

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Stay up to date with factory bulletins and training requirements

Comply with federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

2+ years of Automotive Technician experience (BMW experience a plus, but not required)

Shop Foreman candidates : 5+ years BMW experience preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized

Motivated to learn and grow with Rosenthal Automotive
