Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on engineered components and custom manufacturing solutions.

Drive strategic growth across key verticals including aerospace, medical, automotive, and retail.

Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners.

Collaborate with engineering and operations to align customer needs with technical capabilities.

Identify new market opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives for innovative spring technologies.

Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

A successful Vulcan Sales Leader should have :

Competitive salary range of $140,000-$150,000 annually, based on experience.
