Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a passion for insurance sales to join our team. As a Remote Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Location :
This position is remote, providing flexibility and convenience for our team members. Candidates residing in Norman, Oklahoma, or nearby areas are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including leads provided and personal networking.
- Educate clients on insurance products and services, assisting them in selecting policies that best suit their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a focus on property and casualty.
- Active property and casualty license.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales tools and software for lead management and reporting.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
