Reno / Maintenance Technician - San Bernardino

Under general supervision, perform skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the cleaning, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the inside and outside of residential units. This includes tasks involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and appliance repairs and installation.

Responsibilities :

• Perform cleaning, alterations, and maintenance of residential units.
• Conduct repairs and general upkeep both inside and outside the properties.
• Engage in tasks involving carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and masonry.
• Install and repair appliances as needed.

Work Environment :

The position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule across multiple locations in the Inland Empire. Employees are expected to utilize various hand and power tools in their daily tasks.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montclair, California.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
