People Experience Manager
We’re hiring a People Experience Manager to help lead a culture transformation at a critical inflection point in our growth. With a fully remote, global workforce and a new HQ in San Francisco, we’re evolving from a startup culture to a more market-facing, performance-driven organization — and this role will be at the center of that shift.
You’ll work closely with the ELT , People Team, and business leaders to scale existing programs , design new ones, and build repeatable, values-driven experiences that reinforce clarity, speed, and impact. You'll be based out of our SF office and will help bridge the in-person energy with our remote-first culture — acting as both a cultural operator and strategic program lead.
This role is ideal for someone who’s dynamic, systems-oriented, and deeply passionate about employee experience as a lever for business performance .
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve and scale recognition programs that reinforce high performance and company values
- Partner with Delivery, People, and Finance to align incentives with impact
- Drive adoption and consistency across recognition frameworks
- Act as a key partner in leading a culture transformation from startup to high-performing, market-aligned
- Use signals (e.g., survey data, feedback loops, performance trends) to design culture “interventions”
- Scale existing rituals and frameworks to ensure global, inclusive adoption
- Design and own end-to-end lifecycle moments : onboarding, milestones, transitions, team building
- Deliver high-quality, branded employee experiences that are both meaningful and scalable
- Lead internal events : All Hands, AMAs, offsites, and team meetups — partnering with vendors where needed
Internal Brand & Storytelling
Act as a cultural ambassador and internal voice — visible, trusted, and aligned with leadershipPartner with Comms, Brand, and Marketing to amplify internal stories externally (, blog, events)Own internal platforms (People Portal, Wiki, Slack touchpoints) to ensure clarity and alignmentCollaborate closely with ELT, Delivery, People, and Workplace to align programs with business prioritiesManage relationships with vendors (swag, events, content) to scale impact without losing authenticityWho You Are
5–8 years of experience in employee experience, culture, internal comms, or people programs — ideally in global, high-growth, or remote-first environmentsComfortable working in a strategic hands-on role with visibility across the businessCharismatic communicator — confident in live settings, async channels, and with senior leadershipSystems thinker who builds repeatable programs with measurement and business alignmentPassionate about connecting culture to outcomes like performance, engagement, and retentionHighly collaborative and able to build trust quickly across functions and levelsBonus Points
Experience building recognition or incentive frameworks at scaleBackground in branding, storytelling, organizational development, or experience designTrack record of leading cultural transformation or change management initiativesFamiliarity with tools like Slack, async video, survey platforms, and engagement toolsWhat Success Looks Like
