    The Company is looking for a dynamic Associate Chief Medical Officer to take the lead in shaping and overseeing our outpatient clinical services. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated physician leader with a solid foundation in clinical and operational excellence, particularly within oncology. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial medical oversight and leadership to all outpatient clinics, collaborating with clinical teams to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Your presence will be strongly felt in the outpatient clinical environment as you engage with staff and patients alike.

    The ideal candidate will actively partake in strategic planning, identifying innovative opportunities to enhance outpatient services while championing a culture of patient safety and quality. We seek someone passionate about delivering top-notch patient care, promoting clinical excellence, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered atmosphere. Applicants must possess an MD / DO degree with board certification in an oncology subspecialty, alongside a proven track record in strategic planning and development.
