Overview :

On the Mercy South campus, in the Hyland Behavioral Health building, you will be responsible for overseeing a 74 bed Behavioral Health inpatient facility with 4 units specializing in geriatrics, adolescents, and adults. We have a robust ECT program that operates 4 days a week and a Long-Acting Injection Clinic in the building. We have a great multidisciplinary team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Case Manager, Pharmacists, Techs, and Security. We are a large department of over 150 caregivers. The director is responsible for overseeing operations to ensure that patient care needs are met, excellence in care is delivered, and caregivers are supported in their work. The nursing manager, nurse clinician, operations assistant report directly to the director plus additional caregivers as determined at the department level.

Qualifications :

• Education : Master's Degree in related field with preference given to health services administration as well as clinical degree (i.e., MBA, MHA, MSN, MSW, MPC).
• Experience : 3 years of experience in behavioral health management and administration.
• Licensure : Based on background (i.e., RN, LCSW, LPC)
