Sales Associate At Keller Executive Search

Passionate about closing deals and building relationships in the executive recruitment space? Step into the role of Sales Associate at Keller Executive Search and fuel our growth in a competitive, rewarding environment. You'll drive sales for recruitment services, targeting clients across industries. An ideal sales / business development associate job with remote options and uncapped earning potential.

This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients.

You are passionate about closing deals and building relationships in the executive recruitment space? Assume the role of Sales Associate at Keller Executive Search and drive our growth in a competitive and rewarding environment. You will drive sales for recruitment services, targeting clients across industries. An ideal sales / business development associate job with remote options and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
  • Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.

Principais Responsabilidades :

Prospectar e qualificar leads para servios de recrutamento e seleo de executivos.

Realizar ligaes de vendas, apresentaes e demonstraes para mostrar o valor da Keller.

Construir e manter relacionamentos com os clientes, compreendendo suas necessidades de contratao.

Colaborar com equipes de recrutamento para personalizar propostas e fechar negcios.

Acompanhar pipelines de vendas, mtricas e previses usando ferramentas de CRM.

Participar de pesquisas de mercado para identificar novas oportunidades de negcios.

Apoiar esforos de marketing, incluindo eventos e promoo de contedo.
