Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Manage the maintenance of existing, and implementation of new, engineered labor standards utilizing MOST methodology preferably within our labor model application.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to determine impact to the organization resulting from revisions to engineered labor standards, changes in best practices or implementation of innovative programs.
• Extract data from enterprise systems and conduct analyses utilizing data analytic tools to create ad-hoc and / or recurring reports that provide information regarding labor utilization, planning and compliance to various levels within the organization.
• Develop systematic processes to monitor metric driver and labor requirement forecast for accuracy and implement procedures to adjust the forecasts within labor planning / labor scheduling systems to support stores in creating accurate and efficient schedules.
• Supports Sr Manager of Workforce Planning in ongoing labor planning cycles
• Evaluate current processes / practices in stores to identify areas of improvement.
• Support Store Operations team on miscellaneous projects
• Represents the operating vision and the needs of Five Below internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
