A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales for North America.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team across North America
Define and execute the sales strategy while ensuring overall performance meets annual revenue targets
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and a uniform customer experience
Required Qualifications
Over 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in an executive role managing multi-regional teams
Proven track record of achieving annual revenue growth in the B2B technology or managed services sector
Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams of 10 or more
Familiarity with IBM i / AS / 400 modernization, cloud markets, or enterprise software is a significant plus
Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in managing forecasts, quotas, and sales operational metrics
