Collaborate Across Teams : Align with media buyers, data analysts, and creative teams to ensure strategies meet performance marketing goals. Foster a feedback-driven culture to improve creatives using Ads DNA insights.

Stay On Top of Trends : Track social media trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising techniques to keep concepts relevant and high-performing.

Requirements Proven Experience : Minimum of 3 years in creative strategy or performance marketing, with a strong focus on ad creative development for social media platforms.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze creative performance data and turn insights into actionable creative strategies.
