This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Designer (Enterprise & Ops) in the United States .
In this role, you will lead the design of complex enterprise and operations workflows, transforming technical constraints into intuitive, scalable, and efficient solutions. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, CoreLab, and BI to optimize internal and commercial processes. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact business operations and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and user experience. You will be responsible for end-to-end product design, from research and discovery through launch, while mentoring team members and advocating for design excellence. Your work will directly contribute to streamlining workflows, improving adoption, and enhancing overall product quality.
Accountabilities :
- Lead the full design lifecycle for enterprise and operations products, from discovery to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and user experience by designing scalable, error-minimized workflows.
- Apply superior UX and visual design craft while contributing to and leveraging design systems for consistent, high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and efficiently implemented.
- Conduct design research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
- Advocate for design solutions company-wide, translating complex workflows into clear, actionable narratives.
- Mentor and guide other designers and cross-functional team members in design best practices and processes.
Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex B2B, enterprise, or workflow-focused software.Proven ability to manage end-to-end design projects autonomously, with measurable impact on business and user outcomes.Strong skills in design strategy, UX, visual design, and evidence-based design research.Expert proficiency in Figma and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research tools (e.g., Dovetail).Experience in HealthTech, SaMD, or other domains with complex data and specialized workflows preferred.Knowledge of medical imaging or large-scale scientific data applications is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with frequent change, maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude.Experience leveraging rapid prototyping tools, including AI-assisted design tools, is advantageous.Benefits
