Center Supervisor- Technical Consultant role at BioLife Plasma Services.

Location : USA - TX - Abilene.

About the Role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

How You Will Contribute

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification required. Physical demands include frequent bending and reaching, ability to walk / stand for an entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds, fine motor coordination and distance equipment monitoring. Prolonged glove wear is required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Compensation and Benefits Summary

Location : USA - TX - Abilene. U.S. Hourly Wage Range : $21.02 - $28.91. The actual wage offered depends on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location, and will comply with state / local minimum wage requirements. U.S. based employees may be eligible for incentives, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, and well-being benefits. Paid time off details apply per calendar year.
