A company is looking for a Community Behavioral Health Support Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage requests for Community Behavioral Health Supportive Supervision and related services

Assess members for treatment needs and connect them to necessary services

Collaborate with external providers to address care gaps and facilitate recovery goals

Required Qualifications

Mental Health Professional per WAC 246-341-0515 (4)

2+ years of experience serving the Medicaid population in a community mental health setting

2+ years of experience working with adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness

Proficiency in electronic clinical records and related software

Access to high-speed internet from home
