About the Role

Figure is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Corporate Accounting Manager to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Assistant Controller, Corporate Accounting and you'll own key accounting operations, help shape scalable processes, and drive automation as we continue to expand. You'll work across departments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while building the next generation of financial infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules
• Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP
• Mentor and develop accounting team members while fostering collaboration and accountability
• Partner cross-functionally with AP, Loan and Digital Assets Accounting, FP&A, and various departments to align accounting and reporting with business goals
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient process
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability
• Contribute to special projects that enhance reporting, compliance, and operational excellence
