We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides Article 16 and 28 clinic services at 8 locations across Suffolk County, New York. We are a multi-specialty healthcare provider caring for our community through Primary and Specialty Medical Care, Dental, Behavioral Health, Audiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology. We currently provide care to over 7,000 patients and have an annual operating revenue of $22m.

About the Role :
The Dental Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a dental practice by managing patient interactions and administrative tasks. This position is responsible for coordinating appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records, which are essential for providing high-quality dental care. The Dental Coordinator also collaborates with dental staff to streamline processes and improve patient flow, ultimately enhancing the overall patient experience. By effectively managing the front office operations, the Dental Coordinator contributes to the practice's efficiency and success. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, customer service, and knowledge of dental procedures to support both patients and the dental team.
