As the Janitorial Staff, you will be the cornerstone of our facility's operational success. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of our entire facility, ensuring all operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your duties include :

• Clean and sanitize : Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in offices, lobbies, hallways, and breakroom.
• Restroom maintenance : Thoroughly clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
• Floor care : Operate floor cleaning equipment (e.g., buffers, scrubbers) as needed and perform light maintenance such as waxing and polishing floors.
• Surface cleaning : Dust, wipe down, and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, and glass partitions.
• Supply management : Monitor and replenish janitorial supplies; report low inventory to Facility Manager.
• Light maintenance : Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters in the roof top HVAC unit, light bulbs or reporting any major repair needs to the Facility Manager immediately.
• Regular facility maintenance : Perform regular facility maintenance and liaison with outsider contractors for key facility equipment.
• Safety & security : Ensure all doors and windows are secured at the end of the shift; adhere to all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately.
