We are looking for a Project Finance Intern. This position will be based in Sacramento, CA, Alpharetta, GA or Lexington, NC

During your summer journey with us, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Project Finance and be responsible for the completion of all commercial and financial topics throughout the sales / bid process of a Project. You will work with the respective Project Managers in all project areas with the objective of executing the assigned projects according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements, and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). You will ensure the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project records. Facilitate all commercial aspects of assigned bid activities : contract analysis, cost calculation, business models, financing concepts, currency, hedging, risks, and opportunities, etc. Set up financial performance plans for projects based on planned delivery schedules for the offered scope during the sales phase, and manage it throughout the project execution phase. Set up and closely monitor revenue recognition : actual vs plan, degree of completion, cost to complete, and total forecasted costs vs planned. Ensure full compliance of revenue and cost recognition with company accounting policies under US-GAAP / IFRS. Perform financial planning, forecasting, controlling, reconciliation of project cash flow, and constant deviation analysis.
