Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for a Case Assistant in its Orange County office. This position will focus on GRSM client invoices, preparing and tracking Trust checks, distributing invoices and all other required documentation, per client specifications and all aspects of scanning invoices to clients.
Additional responsibilities will include assisting legal secretaries with preparing documents for filing with various courts.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and diligence with deadlines is required. The successful candidate will have strong communication and responsiveness.
This is a full time onsite position.
