Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations and Logistics Manager based in Grand Rapids, MI, with some work from home acceptable. The Operations and Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics, managing inventory, ensuring effective procurement processes, and providing excellent customer service. This role manages in our e-commerce and wholesale packing and shipping. It is hands on managing inventory and e-commerce fulfillment in the warehouse. This role involves coordinating and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and support the brand's growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics Management, and Shipping
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and related inventory control systems a plus
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
