Associate Attorney

Established defense firm seeks associate with minimum of 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation to work in our Edwardsville, IL office. Excellent writing skills, a solid academic background, and the ability to work as a team player as well as independently are required. Illinois license required and a Missouri license would be beneficial. Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Assist in negotiating settlements and agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
