Security System Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our Smart Buildings. You will be responsible for the installation, programming, start-up, and commissioning of state-of-the-art integrated security systems, including CCTV or IP cameras, alarm sensors, access control devices, and software platforms. Our Security System Technicians are the face of Siemens, and your expertise and regular interaction with the customer will help keep their buildings and inhabitants safe.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Operational Testing, Verification, and Acceptance : Run routine reports to review system operation. Participate in final inspection and testing. Support customer acceptance. Assist with customer training on system operations. Complete and submit routine written reports. Identify code and non-conformance issues and make recommendations for system installation.
• Conduct Project Site Communication and Coordination : May support others in the scheduling of trade contractors to coordinate start-up services as needed.

Benefits & Pay

Will benefit from Siemens health and wellness benefits. Details regarding our benefits can be found here. The pay range for this position is $48,230-$82,680 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
